SHOOT! I picked the wrong size, how can I fix that!?

It’s all good! Just e-mail me & I’ll confirm that I made note of it before shipping out!


-HMMM how do these tees fit, & what size should I get?

Sizing info can be found under each individual tee where it says “Additional Information”


When will my order ship?

These tees are usually made to order depending on stock. Please see shipping dates under the individual shirt you are wanting for more detailed shipping information.

-For the future, without preorder, please allow 6-10 business days. Cheers!


 How do returns work if I realize I need a different size!?

-At this time, I am only accepting exchanges.

– If you need a different size, you must return the package within 14 business days from when you received it with all inserts that were in the package.

-The tee MUST be sent back in the original condition before I can issue an exchange. If not, I will email you directly to let you know.

-I am not reliable for return shipping costs.

-All exchanges can only be made with the desire for a NEW size for the SAME tee. You cannot request to change the size AND the design. 


My shirt arrived stained, ripped, etc…..Can I get a refund?

At this time, I am only accepting exchanges. 

-If your tee arrives in poor condition, please take a photo after opening & email to chloescravings@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your item.

-The faster you return, the faster I can get your new tee out to you & ready for you to rock it! 


Cancellations:

All Orders are final UNLESS you email me within 2 hours of placing your order with the desire to cancel. Why? Well, currently these tees are made to order so cancelling will interrupt stock. Orders generally process within 2-4 hours. Thanks!
