Celebration Style, no matter the holiday or celebration, can always be better. What do I mean? Well, take me for example. I headed to TJ-MAXX hoping to find a “Kiss me I’m Irish” tee or Saint Patricks Day themed t-shirt…& instead…walked out with this:
Fab, right?! I instantly was like…”Chloe, WTF are you doing? You like to be different, BUY IT!” After a little convincing from my boyfriend, I bought the damn thing for only $30! I paired this sick dress with some high waisted jeans, high tops, & a bright lip for a comfortable yet stylish AF Saint Patricks Day look!
Let’s not forget the flask that’s my best accessory yet. Where am I getting at? Basically, I want everyone to feel inspired to not gravitate towards those over worn theme t-shirts. Everyone does it, so why not be different & show off your eye for style?! The number of compliments I got on this get-up was insane, and really, all it took was a little bit of confidence to change up that typical celebration style. Besides, why waste money on a $30 Saint Patrick’s day themed tee that I only can wear once a year when I can wear this all year round!?
& how cool are those puffy sleeves? The best part of this celebration style is that I can really wear it for multiple celebrations. Christmas, a birthday, you name it. Since I knew I’d be running around the city all day drinking one too many & trying to get into bars, I knotted the bottom & threw on a pair of jeans! Although this dress would be considered “fancy”, because I added high tops and jeans it kept it 100% casual! I can’t wait to wear it again & add some fab heels with a leather jacket! (Booze will still be an accessory no matter how I style it.)
& that’s a wrap on my hangover & my damn good find! I challenge all of you to mix up your celebration style & dare to be different.
& a special thanks to my boo @lexandthecity____ for always joining me on some boozy adventures. You can check out her blog, HERE!
