Graduation happened. I’m back from the city, and now it’s time to get back at it. I wanted to share with y’all an outfit that I wore to a cocktail party in NYC, and that cost me under $50! If you are a bargain shopper, then you know about Buffalo Exchange! You can read about Buffalo Exchange in one of my earlier posts HERE. The deals I find at Buff are unimaginable and unbeatable, especially when I find quality designer pieces that are not double, but triple clearance! Enough talking, more looking:
Let’s start from the bottom! These Ankle Strap heels are BCBG Generation, and I found them at Tj-MAXX on sale for $20! And, if you’re not a “strappy” kinda gal, they are removable!
Now we have this red peplum skirt! I bought this for $7 at Buffalo Exchange; the best part about it is that the brand is “Zara”! Originally at Zara, this would of been about $50 give or take. The perfect skirt for an interview or a night out. I truly believe every woman should have some aspect of Peplum in their closet; it shapes all of the curves that NEED to be shown off!
And now for this chic 70’s vintage blouse that I bought off of the 40th anniversary Buffalo Exchange trailer! (CLICK HERE TO READ MORE ABOUT THE TRALER!) I bought this piece for $11! The mesh sleeves left me cool enough for the spring, and gave this outfit a classy feel with the high ruffled collar.
Do yourself a favor & indulge at Buffalo Exchange, you won’t regret it.
